Matt Oliver, Tarrant Regional Water District Communication Manager 

Matt Oliver has worked in public relations and community outreach for the Panther Island/Central City project since September of 2009. He serves as the head of the Communications Department; he is the media contact for the project, gives project updates to a wide range of organizations, manages project messaging and assists with the execution of events related to the project.
