Refund Policy:
No refund for memberships.
While we do not offer refunds for luncheon registrations, we may be able to credit the registration fee for the next monthly luncheon if the cancellation request is received prior to the RSVP deadline, typically the Friday prior to the meeting date.
For seminars, we will send a check as a refund as long as they cancel prior to the cutoff date for RSVPs.
Website Access:
Your first time accessing the Member's Area of the site (even to register for a luncheon) will require you to establish NEW login info. Your username is your email address on file with IRWA Chapter 36. You will set your own password your first time accessing the site.
