Bryan E. Elkan, P.E. 

Bryan has over 18 years of civil engineering experience (16 years with HDR Engineering), which includes transportation design, site design, drainage design, utility project oversight, utility engineering, utility coordination, and construction management/verification for agencies such as TxDOT, Union Pacific Railroad, BNSF Railroad, and a handful of other Transportation Departments across the US.  Bryan serves as the North Texas Highways and Roads Utilities Lead and has been working specifically in the Utility Services sector for the past 12 years for the majority on TxDOT projects.
