November 14^TH  Chapter 36 Joint Meeting with Appraisal Institute - North Texas

This program will be split into two segments.  The first segment will deal with appraising ICBM sites in Missouri, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We will cover why these sites were constructed and why they were removed plus how we approached this unusual appraisal assignment. The second part of the program will deal with the Cold War and its impact on the United States today. Donald will address his trip to Russia and Lithuania in 1993 after the collapse of the Soviet Union.  He will also discuss his meeting with real estate professionals in the USSR and their discussion on valuation methodology and the perceptions of capitalism versus communism.
